Self Compassion- Yoga Workshop
This workshop is for EVERYONE 12 and over
Practicing self kindness is not only personal beneficial but also increases the quality of life for our loved ones!
Self Compassion is linked to increased:
*curiosity and life satisfaction
*decreased anxiety, stress, and perfectionism
We will go from our heads to our hearts through our body, as e integrate the latest research and information on developing a Self Compassion practice and bring it to our mat for an open level yoga class. No previous yoga experience needed.

The yoga will be led by Stephanie Gould and Self Compassion conversation will be facilitated by Mary Birmingham, LMSW, Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and 200RYT
