Gentle Kripalu Yoga at Tovami Yoga 112 Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck

Learn postures ( asana) to build strength and flexibility in muscles that support proper alignment, core strength and posture, while lengthening and decompressing the spine. This class also integrates breath work (pranayama) to release tension and help the body and mind relax. 

Regular participants find increased strength and diminished pain through this practice.
