Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
Many of us have dysregulated nervous systems and feel stress and anxiety often. In our current political climate we are constantly bombarded by the news and feel overwhelmed by our responsibilities. We need to bring balance bak into our bodies, minds and spirits. Wed like to feel less fear and experience more joy !
This workshop will be led by yoga therapist and yoga teacher , Stephanie Gould and will include from yoga and relate practices to help us regain and find a place of peace and ease in ourselves.
This practice will include meditation, affirmation, asana, restorative yoga and aromatherapy and self massage. You will leave with toolss to use on a daily basis.
Yoga and meditation have been proven effective for managing the challenges of day to day life which often cause occassional and on-going anxiety.
