Join Regina Arabia, CYT and Reiki master, Stephanie Petrillo Gould, MED in counseling psychology, CYT, IAYT certified yoga therapist and Karin Reetz, certified Sound Healer and Reiki Master in this two hour workshop where you will experience and learn to use breath work, yoga poses, mantras, mudras, meditation and sound healing to help you find calm, balance and ease.
This workshop will be taught collaboratively, drawing on the expertise of all three teachers leaving you with the tools needed to find your center and regain your calm in your day to day lives!
